The Brick Oven


Last summer Pete completed one of the projects we had really been looking forward to - an outdoor brick oven!  The chef has sure put this farm addition to excellent USE!!!



It makes the BEST PIZZA!!!
But oh so much more . . .
BREAD
ROLLS
BEEF BRISKET
and Sunday PULLED PORK!

We even got a mention in GRIT magazine last Fall when they asked for stories on cast iron cooking.
Chef Pete would love to make you something wonderful if you come for a visit.
